Apple registered 9 iPhones and Mac in EEC database : iPhone 12 news

Apple has registered a new Mac and multiple iPhone models in the EEC database, signaling both will get updated very soon

Apple has registered nine unreleased iPhone models in the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) database, according to listings uncovered by MySmartPrice and confirmed by MacRumors.

Following a report this week that Apple will release a new iMac at WWDC, new filings in the Eurasian Economic Commission shows a new model with an identifier “A2330”.

The listing shows the Mac running macOS 10.15,however, as 9to5Mac notes even new listings for the iPhone 12 show it with iOS 13. Both would get updated to reflect iOS 14 and macOS 10.16 following their official announcement on the 22nd of June.

There were a total of 8 identifiers submitted for new iPhones; A2176, A2172, A2341, A2342, A2403, A2407, A2408, and A241. Apple is expected to release 4 new iPhones this year, a 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch iPhone 12, another 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro, and the highest-end model the iPhone 12 Pro Max at 6.7-inches.

Apple PCB supplies say they are expecting "stable" shipments of the iPhone 12 in Q3 of 2020, but aren't as optimistic about Q4.
